Before work begins, I will require a nonrefundable deposit of 50%. The payment balance will be due upon project completion before I send over work.
Returns & Exchanges
I don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Payment
Full payment is due upon receipt of your completed order.
Shipping
Ready to ship in 2-3 weeks. Shipping costs will be the client’s responsibility.
Paper Preferences
Please send 20% extra envelopes to account for human error, corrections, and/or additions.
Mailing List
Please download the Mailing List spreadsheet here and fill in the names and addresses as you would like them to appear on the envelopes. I also include some common etiquette tips for when you are filling out the spreadsheet. Once completed, please email your mailing list to me so that I can get started on your order!
